ArchiCAD Technical Support
Please: before you contact user or technical support, make sure that you have downloaded and installed any updates to ArchiCAD, including library updates. ArchiCAD 9, 10, 11 and 12 have two commands under the Help menu to look for updates: one looks for program updates, the other for library updates. The update process is manual: you must download the compressed update file, uncompress it, and install.
For version 9, 10 and 11, just click on the 'Check for Updates' link under the Help menu of ArchiCAD. You should do this at least once each month. Also, click on the "Check for Library Updates" link in the Help menu every month or two.
You can also contact Graphisoft Tech Support either by phone or through their technical resources page. Have your client number and version numbers available. You may be asked for your protection key number as well.
